RETURN & REFUND
Our Return and Refund Policy applicable only for USA country.
We maintain 30 days return and 15 days refund policy.
If you are eligible for return and refund please follow our guidelines.
You may return all products within 30 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged. We offer the return option for customers to whom we sent the wrong size. Please take the photo of the size tag and send to email: email@example.com.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, dresses, cross-shoulder shirt criss-cross shirt, jewelry, mask, accessories and so on. Items such as swimsuit, night dress, dress, bodysuit are created on-demand. We can't resell items because they are created for each customer. Please follow our size chart carefully before you purchase items.
- In case you want to change the size of the item, you should inform us within 1-2 days from the date you purchase our items).
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Skull Lord Fashion.
We understand that there are times you’d possibly not like your product, which we offer a 30 days to return your product for a refund if in unused and excellent condition. If you’d wish to return your item, there’s a $20 restocking fee, but you’ll be liable for paying the shipping back to us, so on urge refunded you’d wish to contact us at mail: firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item for return instructions.

Refund Processing Time:
Normally our refund processing time in 10 days but sometime will happen it in 15 days. So that we follow 15 days processing time. When we send your refund, we will notify you. After checking our message please check your original method that you use for purchase. If you don't receive your refund, you will first contact your bank. Also will happen the time is expired please let us know you don't accept your refund.
